The TGHoA web site is a great way to publicize our objectives, keep members informed, and attract a broader audience. We'll use this site to promote our organization and create a better sense of community among our members. Our members will be kept informed of the current issues with which our Board of Directors are involved.

Our Mission

It is the objective of The Gardens Homeowners' Association (TGHoA) to maintain the current good lifestyle of The Gardens Manufactured Home Park and our Community.
 
In order to achieve this objective we will employ the following strategies:
 
1) TGHoA will represent the common needs of the homeowners in the Association to Mihevic Management, Inc. in a professional and positive manner.
 
2) TGHoA will represent the homeowners in the Association to Mihevic Management, Inc. in all matters associated with:
    A.  Rent increases
    B.  Pass-throughs, ref. 723.003(10)
    C.  Pass-ons, ref. 723.031
    D.  Changes in Services provided by the prospectus of The Gardens.
 
3) TGHoA will be prepared to purchase The Gardens in the event that it becomes available for sale by:
    A.  Maintaining a current and open bid to purchase The Gardens to Mihevic Management, Inc. at all times.
    B.  Maintaining  a current and updated plan to finance the acquisition of The Gardens at all times.

Becoming a Member

Any Gardens homeowner can become a member of TGHoA by sending a Membership Application and a check for $26.00 made out to The Gardens Homeowners Association.
